Delivery of Digital Download Aerial Photographs When you complete your purchase of a digital aerial photograph for self-service download, a link is provided on the screen
informing you that your order has been successfully processed and a link provided (on which you just need to click) to begin
the download.
If your aerial photograph download fails for some reason, please do not re-purchase that image. All purchased images are
available to you for downloading again. If you continue to have problems, please contact
customer services.
Delivery of Aerial Photograph Prints and CD-ROM's All aerial photograph prints and digital images supplied on CD-ROM purchased from Picture Research Solutions are
normally delivered within 7 working days. Our average actual delivery times are generally 1 -3 days from placing
your order. If you place your order before 12.00 noon, it is normally dispatched the same day.
Incorrect or Non-Delivery In the highly unlikely event that you do not receive the aerial photograph(s) you ordered or if you receive any
incorrect aerial photographs, we ask that you notify
customer services immediately by email stating which images are missing and/or which aerial photographs you
received in error.
It is an express condition of your Licence to use Picture Research Solutions' aerial photographs that you immediately
inform us of any images which you have not ordered and received in error, and acknowledge that you do not have any right
to use or exploit any such aerial photographs received in error.
Your download of the specified digital aerial photographs shall be conclusive evidence that such digital images have been
delivered to and received by you unless you can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.
We shall not be liable for any non-delivery of the aerial photographs in digtal, hardcopy print, or on CD-ROM format
(even if caused by our negligence) unless written notice is given to us within 7 days of the date when the images
would in the ordinary course of events have been received.
Returns and Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If there's a problem, we'll try to fix it. Don't worry,
we "get it"- sometimes projects change at the very last minute. You've purchased an image that you are not, in fact,
going to use. Our policy on those situations is outlined below.
Providing you contact us within 28 working days of your purchase, we will happily replace the image with another of
image your choice of equivalent value, or offer a full refund (subject to our conditions of refunds below).
To receive a refund or replacement image, aerial photograph prints and CD-ROM's must be returned by recorded delivery
within 28 days to:

After 28 working days the purchase will be considered final and refunds will not be available.
Conditions of Refunds If for any reason the site creates an error and you receive the wrong image following a purchase, or if we are
responsible for any error we will happily replace the image with another of equivalent value. If you are unable to use
the image for some reason we will offer a refund providing you follow our refund procedure detailed below.
If the image is in some form "technically" deficient. i.e. the aerial photograph is of poor technical quality such as
blurriness which you were unable to see from the preview images on our site, or has a serious fault within the file itself,
we will attempt to replace the image file with a good one, or give you an alternative image of the same value of your choice.
If no suitable alternative is available we will refund your money providing you follow our refund procedure.
Refund Procedure Please note that on Picture Research Solutions all customers are buying a License to use the images we supply - they
are not buying the image itself. Cancelling a purchase revokes your right to use the image. As such we require any
customers who wish to have a refund to follow our Refund Procedure. You must email
customer services detailing the following information:
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- Purchase date and order number.
- Your reasons for requesting a refund.
- The intended use of the image at time of purchase.
- The aerial photograph image number (or the image file name)
We will then send you a document that you must sign and return to us declaring that:
- You have deleted any digital copies of the image file from your computers and that it has not been stored in
any way, on disk or other form of digital data storage device.
- You have not made a copy (hardcopy or digital) of any photograph print
- You have not sent copies of the digital image file to anyone else.
- You have not used the image in any print, web, screen or any form of media.
Once we have received the signed document we will refund the payment to your credit/debit card that was used for that
transaction or cancel the purchase order.
NB: We reserve the right to alter or amend this policy at any time. We will honour refunds according to the policy
that was in place at the time of your purchase. |
